The Detroit rapper is now eligible for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
To be eligible for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, you must have released your first record 25 years ago. To be included: the influence and importance of the artist’s contribution must continue to exist in the development of the musical genre. Then the pre-selected judges have to vote. If the artist has more than 50% recognition, he or she can be introduced into the foundation. Five to seven artists (dead or alive) are admitted each year.
On 16 November 1996, Eminem, one of the best rappers of all time, released his first project under the name “Infinite”. Therefore, in 2022, Slim Shady will be eligible to be one of the potential candidates for entry. Below are other artists who are eligible to vote.
